Description
This deeply flavoured damson jam is truly mouthwatering. The damsons give a delectable jam, full of tart flavour. This allows the jam to be used in many ways – add a spoonful to your venison gravy, use a little to flavour vinaigrette or use in your baking to make a damson steamed sponge. Almost all of the stones are removed – but the odd one may remain as they are very hard to spot!
