I am a Yorkshire Dales based producer of speciality preserves, 100% made by hand in small batches in the beautiful sought after village of Burley-in-Wharfedale - every jar or bottle is created as a labour of love from start to finish. No artificial flavours or additives are used in any of our products - everything that we make is "Naturally Preserved For Your Pleasure". I am a member of "The Guild of Fine Food" and also "Deliciously Yorkshire" representing top quality and all that's great about food and drink from Yorkshire and the Humber. We supply to the general public and a number of independent retail outlets, delicatessens, bistros, etc.
